Join us for a perfect Provencal vacation this spring. Capitalizing on the Memorial Day Holiday calendar, we'll depart Philadelphia on Saturday, May 29, arriving in Marseilles, the gateway to Aix-en-Provence on Sunday, May 30, 2010. A fabulous week of enchanting local visits to magical hillside towns of Provence, wine tastings and poolside relaxation await those who wish to sign-up promptly. The Hotel Roi Rene, although considered moderately priced, is replete with tempting amenities and occupies a perfect location - in the center of Aix! A large pool and a locally popular restaurant add to its charms. Our group rates include the best garden view accommodations, full breakfast daily and city tax. Optional sightseeing excursions will allow you to choose your own pace throughout. Airfare is additional. You will be advised of best available fares and schedules upon receipt of your registration form and deposit. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY ADVISED. APPLICATION HOTEL COST: Although rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars, they are based on the Euro and may incur fluctuations before final payment is due. Your final invoice will reflect the then current exchange rate accordingly. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Please note: Only checks made payable to “Performance Tours” may be accepted as deposit and final payment. Cancellations, Insurance: Cancellations up to 90 days prior to departure will incur a $150.00 penalty per person. If less than 90 days prior to departure, deposits are completely non-refundable. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly advised. An insurance application will be forwarded to you upon receipt of deposit. Final payment is due no later than February 25, 2010. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY: Anne Bockol, Performance Tours, its agents, servants and/or employees, and any sponsor, shall not be responsible or liable in any way for loss, death, injury or damage to persons or property or incurred by any person in connection with this program or any part of it. They act only as your agents in providing tour arrangements and assume neither responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any motor coach, train, vessel, carriage, aircraft or any other accommodation used in performance of the tour, or in the event of theft. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Should it become necessary or advisable, alterations may be made in the tour itinerary. Additional expense, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. All prices quoted here are based on current fares and are subject to change. All services are subject to the laws of the state or country in which those services are rendered. Quoted tour prices include planning, handling and operational charges, and are quoted based on the current rate of exchange as of November 17, 2009. In the event of an increase in foreign exchange rates or other unexpected increases, costs are subject to revision.
